この写真集は、緊急事態宣言の期間に合わせて無観客で行われた私の写真展『Keep clear of』の記録集であり、展覧会そのものの一部でもあります。
この度、コロナ禍において緊急事態宣言が発令され、誰しもが日々の活動を大幅に制限する必要に迫られましたが、その『要請』された『自粛』にのっとった生活の中で、いかに写真が撮れるか（あるいは撮れないか）を試みたのがこの展覧会でした。
例えば「クッキーのぬき型」を思い出していただきたいのですが、型を使ってクッキーをくりぬくと、生地には同じ形をした不要な穴が残ります。「３密を回避する事」がくり抜かれたクッキー本体だとするならば、この展覧会はその残った穴に相当する気がしています。その穴の鑑賞方法として、展示期間中はweb上でライブ中継を行なってきましたが、この本はまた別の楽しみ方の一つとしてご覧いただければ幸いです。
